Zone Service Rates & Areas

Zone 1 – Less than 25 miles from our shop address (4006 Matthews-Indian Trail Rd, Stallings,  28104). No additional charges apply.

Zone 2 – Between 25 miles and 40 miles from our shop address. This area has an OUT OF AREA SERVICE CHARGE.

If a customer is a VIP member – either monthly or quarterly – the OUT OF AREA SERVICE CHARGE will be $10.00 for each trip. It will show up on your invoice as an additional line charge on their invoice.

For example, if Mr. Smith is out of our normal service area his monthly invoice will be:

Monthly VIP SERVICE $200.00
Out of Area Service Charge $10.00
Total charge = $210.00

If a customer is NOT a VIP member and is out of our normal service area they will be assessed an OUT OF AREA SERVICE CHARGE of $40.00. It will show up on their invoice as an additional line charge on their invoice.

For example, if Mr. Jones is out of our normal service area his invoice will be:

Pump charge $425.00
Out of Area Service Charge $40.00
Total charge = $ 465.00

Zone 3 – If a customer is beyond the 40 mile range from our shop, they will be assessed on a case by case basis as to whether we will be able to service that area.

When a customer calls in, we will determine what zone they are in. Then when we are quoting a price, they will be advised of any surcharge based on their zone. The exception will be if a customer is outside our service area but is wanting a New Install then they will not be charged a surcharge.
