Yes, it is important to do some maintenance in between visits such as emptying your skimmer basket or blowing off the leaf net during the Fall months
Yes we have specialize modified Quarterly pricing and contracts so you can sign up even if it is halfway through the year.
No, The Quarterly VIP plan is a yearly contract. Since payments are separated equally throughout the entire year you may cancel at the end of the year but not in the middle.

VIP Quarterly Includes
Quarter 1
Jan. – March
The first visit involves cleaning your filter, removing debris from stream, taking off and storing your net somewhere safe on your property, check lighting, and check pump for blockage and flow. This is the shortest of the four visits.
Quarter 2
April – June
The second visit is the most intensive of all 4 visits. It includes a complete clean out where we drain, pressure wash, and rinse the entire water feature. This visit normally takes around 3 hours with 2 guys working.
Quarter 3
July – Sept.
The third visit is done during the heat of the summer months. We cut back any plants that are over growing. We check the lighitng, and pump for blockage and flow. Overall we are here to make your pond function and look great.
Quarter 4
Oct.- Dec.
The fourth and final visit is when we install the net after a thorough service of the water feature. If you do not have a net you can purchase one from us to use year after year. Some ponds or pondless waterfall owners request not to have their water feature netted.
