Our Sales Process Explained...
First Contact
After looking through our website and submitting a Contact Form and photos we will give you a call to discuss your project! During the call we will discuss the type, size, budget, and expectations for your project. If you feel we are a good fit we can schedule an on-site consultation.
Consultation
After being invited to your yard, we will go over the scope of the project and spray paint out the feature on your yard. By the end of the consultation we will either collect a consultation fee or a 50% down deposit for your project and get you on the schedule.
Construction
Before construction starts, you, your designer, and the Pondscapes Foreman will go over the scope of the project to make sure nothing gets missed. Then our crew does what they do best and starts construction on your new water feature!
Closing
Once the project is complete, we will give you a closing packet with valuable information on your water feature. We will offer maintenance package options and show you how everything works. Once you are 100% satisfied we collect the final balance.
