What It Is...
Pondscapes of Charlotte offers renovation & repair services on ponds and water features in the Charlotte, NC region. It is important to pick the right pond contractor for the job so you do not over spend or make a costly mistake. Unfortunately, many people make the mistake of selecting a pond contractor that is either not experienced in ponds, or does poor quality work with little to no follow up after the job is complete. We are here to help, a lot of our work comes from fixing leaks or problems on existing ponds installed by either a landscape company who does not specialize in ponds or a less expensive pond contractor who cuts corners. Our goal is to work with you to figure out what your needs and wants are. If you would like to just solve your leaking water feature problem we can help with that or if you are unhappy with the aesthetics of your feature we can work with you on that as well.

A reline is less expensive and is where we simply replace the liner to fix a leak. The water feature will look very close to the same as it did before. A rebuild is where we replace the liner as well as possibly upgrading the filtrations and making the aesthetics of the water feature look a lot more like the ponds that we build.
