The Vision
Pike Nursery in Matthews wanted an interactive and peaceful space where customers could enjoy the calming presence of water while shopping. They needed a water feature that would enhance the customer experience and showcase the beauty of integrating plants alongside backyard water features.
The Transformation
We built a custom pond with an Aquascape Biofalls unit and two spillway bowls that create multiple cascading waterfalls. Natural stone placement around the pond and waterfalls creates a seamless, organic look surrounded by a lush mix of annuals and perennials. The feature serves as both an educational display and a tranquil gathering spot where customers can experience the sights and sounds of a professionally designed ecosystem pond. The design demonstrates the quality and craftsmanship that Pike Nursery customers can bring to their own backyards.
