Bi-Annual Service Agreement

1. Service Description

Spring Clean Out (Visit 1)

• Complete draining and full cleaning of the pond or water feature
• Removal of debris, sludge, and buildup
• Inspection and cleaning of pumps and filtration
• Assessment of pond infrastructure and equipment
• Preparation to ensure a healthy spring and summer season
• Warranty checks on pumps, lights, and related equipment

Fall Maintenance (Visit 2)

• Cleaning of filters (skimmer, reservoir, intake bay)
• Cutting back aquatic plants for winter
• Installation of protective leaf netting (Net included)
• Inspection and cleaning of pumps and equipment
• Health assessment and winter-readiness update
• Warranty checks on all applicable equipment

2. Scheduling

You will receive advanced notice from our office prior to each bi-annual visit.
Your assigned Top Frog will also contact you ahead of arrival to ensure a smooth and timely service.

3. Automatic Renewal

This agreement automatically renews each year unless written cancellation is sent to brad@pondscapesofcharlotte.com before the first scheduled visit of the upcoming year.

4. Annual Price Adjustments

Prices may increase annually by up to 5% to account for rising costs in labor, materials, and fuel.
Any adjustments will appear on the first invoice of the renewed service year.

5. Payment Terms

Option 1 — Prepay Discount

Pay the full annual bi-annual service fee before the first visit and receive a 5% discount.

Option 2 — Per-Visit Billing

• Pay in two equal installments (Spring & Fall)
• Invoices sent at the beginning of each visit window
• Payment due within 30 days

6. Warranty & Guarantees

Pondscapes of Charlotte stands behind every product and service we provide.
All warranty claims for pumps, lights, and equipment purchased from us are handled directly through our office for your convenience.

7. Customer Acknowledgment

By signing this agreement, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms, including automatic renewal and annual price adjustments.
