These new Marvin homeowners inherited a backyard pond that had fallen into disrepair after years of neglect. The forgotten water feature was an overgrown eyesore, and they wanted to transform it into a functional outdoor living space where the entire family could gather, relax, and reconnect with nature.
The Transformation
We reimagined and revitalized the entire space, transforming it into a natural ecosystem pond with cascading waterfalls, crystal clear water, and inviting natural stone seating areas. We rebuilt the filtration system to maintain water clarity year-round and placed natural stone throughout to create comfortable gathering spots around the pond. The transformation was so striking that this feature was featured on Greg Wittstock The Pond Guy’s YouTube channel to over 640,000 subscribers. What was once an overgrown eyesore has become the heart of their outdoor living space and a space where the entire family can gather.
